How about we stop the FCC from fining every broadcaster that does anything risky or different? Maybe then there COULD be change rather than forcing G rated content on everyone.

This will be a growing trend...
I recently discussed this in a blog post on how Apple's Front Row may integrate a virtual DVR into the product. As last mile bandwidth improves, I fully expect this to become as normal as DVR's for timeshifting programming. Apple just seems to be in a prime position to get in front of this trend.
