The Pirate ship sunk! No wait...
We are not sure when it will return, but we are moving it to another country if necessary, brokep the Pirate Bay spokesperson said. So the Pirate ship may be more of a submarine which WILL resurface.

Also a chance the police will find no crime was committed as no copywrited material is on the servers. That would enhance PBay's position legally and politically.

I swear these guys are like that Wack-a-Mole game. Interesting....

Actually
Actually, the Swedish Police ,whilst they had a search warrant to sieze the Pirate Bay Servers only, apparently in a fit of either stupidity or an organization, with a death wish, literally dissassembled the entire RixPort 80 set up complete with cables and racks and took it back to the office, by the truck load!(or perhaps the cops are are saying this is what happens when you force us to handle civil commercial matters, so that no future Justice Mininistry Official or hack will ever want to try this stunt again, for a very long time, should it backfire politically!, and no incriminating evidence is found!)

With the Swedish General Election due in September 2006, the political fall out from the heavy handed police action, especially if they are forced to cough up large sums of money to the aggrieved innocent users along with the ISP's loss of income etc. For we all know how very vote sensitive a politician is, when he or she is up for re-election !

As Prince Hamlet would say "O day and night , but this is wondrous strange"
