SuperBowl.com traffic soars during game

Traffic to SuperBowl.com rose 269 percent in the hours surrounding the Baltimore Ravens washout victory against the New York Giants. Traffic peaked with 359,000 unique visitors Sunday, compared with 97,000 visitors the day before, according to Nielsen/NetRatings. Most fans visited the site during the fourth quarter of the game, when CBS urged viewers to log on and vote for the most valuable player. Sixteen percent of all visitors cast a vote.
