I have Cingular, and despite some incompentent people at the local store, I've never had a problem with customer service. But, the local store has idiots who only know what the brochure says. I had a Treo 650 for a few weeks, but couldn't get it to work. Cingular's own site said I need a different brand of SIM. The local store didn't know anything about it.
