- There are lots of options when it comes to the MS platform. 602Software offers options for Office/Email/document sharing; there is OpenOffice, Word Perfect... The list just goes on and on. From free to reasonably priced. There is no need to buy further software from Microsoft.

The ?lock?, I have often found, is the lack of understanding within a company of what they want and why. And that, quite frankly, is platform independent.
