America Online plans to stream the comedy show "Earth to America" on its portal next week.

The video will be a recording of The Comedy Festival, held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on Nov. 17. It will be first shown on the TBS television network on Nov. 20 and will be available for free on-demand viewing at AOL.com from Nov. 21 to Nov. 30, AOL said. The online broadcast will include additional material and will be made available in chapters.

"Earth to America" will feature comics and actors such as Larry David, Leonardo DiCaprio, Will Ferrell, Tom Hanks, Dustin Hoffman, Steve Martin, Ray Romano, Martin Short and Ben Stiller, as well as environmental advocates.

Earlier this year, a live broadcast of Live 8 concert on AOL helped the Time Warner subsidiary reach out to new audiences. The company has also set up a joint venture with XM satellite radio to jointly promote live music concerts.

"We will leverage the power of the online medium to present this historic comedy event in a whole new way--allowing viewers to enjoy the performances how they want and when they want--along with additional footage they can't see anywhere else," Jim Bankoff, an executive vice president at AOL, said in a statement.
