Earth to Sprint.... Will the service people are "paying less for" work??? Or will it be just like the current service?

Hey Sprint BTW: What's with the rule that if you change ANYTHING
by JCPayne February 20, 2008 3:52 PM PST
in your account that automatically restarts your 2 year contract..... Will you get rid of that rule too??? I had my Nextel for 4 years. I lowered the minutes like after my contract was up and you restarted me on a contract all over again...... How about dumping that archaic practice.

Spring Extends Contracts
by dzrtram February 21, 2008 6:12 PM PST
My wife had the same experience with Sprint. Something went wrong with her phone and she took it in to have it fixed. They extended her contract for two years, although she changed nothing.

Then she had a phone taken from work. She thought it was stolen. She reported the missing phone and gave them $50 for a replacement. A few days later, the person who took the phone by mistake returned it on the same day her new phone arrived in the mail. She called Sprint and told them she got the phone back and asked them to refund the $50 if she returned the new phone. The phone package they sent her had never even been opened, let alone used, but they would not accept the phone or return her money. How's that for great customer relations? A great way to thank a long-standing customer, huh?
