Cingular does intentionally overcharge!
I am fed up with Cingular with constantly adding charges to my
cell phone bill monthly where my wife and I have to constantly
police the Cingular bill and call Cingular to get the charges
removed. This has been occurring for the past 7-8 months that
we had service with Cingular. They keep telling us that we may
have accidentally added the service, which we know that we did
not such services, and then take off the extra charges after we
have to waste time arguing with Cingular. Cingular phone
service is okay, but their billing tactics are very unprofessional
and billing is a mess to figure out. Its bad when the Cingular
reps do not know how to decipher the phone bill when they are
on the phone with you and they guess at times what the bill
means.

Intentionally overcharge!!!
It's a business, they always overcharge. Think about it they use software billing system that is hardcoded to to overcharge. Also I've complained to them aboutn receiving text messages from people that I shouldn't be and they tell me "well we have nothing to stop that from happening or turn that of then you won't be getting messages from us." WELL THEY SHOULD!! I'm sure if there is hardware to make the internet work there should be something similar to that for cell phone service providers. It's is just one big scam to make a buck from those who don't even use that service. Their excuse it's not cost effective, which is totally BS!! When enough customers fanning their phone bills and calling them to complain they'll feel it.
