eBay prohibits the sale of OEM software. You can be suspended for selling OEM software or even used Microsoft software.

This comment is completly false. There are guidelines for OEM software. I would suggest that you have a look at the eBay selling rules.
eBay is ripe with scams lately.

I completely agree with what the post is saying. My own experience with eBay lately has shown that they don't take a active interest in preventing the huge number of scams that pervade the site on a daily basis. Don't believe me? Try this, log into eBay, do a search on laptops, click on the laptop category and then filter the results by completed listings and limit the price range from $4000-$20,000. All scams.
