Napster's Fanning has Snocap-ped vision

Napster founder Shawn Fanning's new venture, called Snocap, said Wednesday that it named entertainment industry veteran Rusty Rueff as its chief executive officer. The company provides technology infrastructure for allowing music sales over peer-to-peer networks, such as the forthcoming Mashboxx service.

Rueff was previously executive vice president for human resources at game company Electronic Arts.
