Smarter.com launches sites in Japan, China

Smarter.com was set to launch on Monday comparison shopping search Web sites in Japan, at www.smarter.co.jp, and China, at www.smarter.com.cn/. The Los Angeles-based company said it is the first U.S. comparison shopping search engine to launch in both of those markets and the first comparison shopping search engine to be available in the three largest Internet markets, which are U.S., China and Japan.
