Short Take: Unisys declares preferred stock dividend

The board of directors of Unisys have declared a quarterly dividend of 93.75 cents per share on the company's Series A Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock. The preferred stock dividend is payable January 15, 1998, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 26, 1997.
