Short Take: USWeb to Acquire Ikonic Interactive

In a move that expands its Internet strategy consulting practice, USWeb has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ikonic Interactive, an Internet strategy and development firm for global companies. Based in San Francisco, 12-year-old Ikonic has provided interactive technology solutions--including strategy, architecture, design, and implementation--for clients such as American Express Travel, Microsoft, Standard & Poor's, and Time Warner.
