Short Take: TheGlobe adds voice chat

Web community builder TheGlobe.com said it will begin offering live voice chat capabilities using HearMe on its Web publishing services. Using TheGlobe's uPublish tools, home page creators can add voice chats to their sites, allowing visitors to talk to Web publishers using a computer microphone.
