Short Take: Seagate announces management changes

Seagate Software, a division of Seagate Technology, announced the appointment of Terry Cunningham as president and chief operating officer, replacing Steve Luczo, who will move into the chairman slot on the subsidiary's board of directors. Cunningham's new posts will be tacked on to his current position as executive vice president of Seagate Software's network and storage management group. Greg Kerfoot will join Seagate Software as its chief strategic officer. Kerfoot was formerly executive vice president of Seagate Software's information management group.
