Short Take: Rogers to sell @Home stock

Rogers Cablesystems, one of the largest cable television operators in Canada, has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell $58 million in @Home stock. Rogers, one of 18 cable partners in the @Home cable modem service, plans to sell 490,944 shares. The company, with an @Home penetration rate of about 6 percent, plans to use the profits to "drive penetration as quickly as possible," a spokesman said.
