Short Take: Object Design plans tools

Object Design has shipped new database design tools intended to make it easier to build business applications atop its ObjectStore database. The Database Designer and Component Wizard allow developers to build components that can be added to other applications. The tools will ship within 30 days as part of the ObjectStore database, the company said.
