Short Take: Lycos outsources to Exodus

Lycos has signed an agreement to outsource most of its computer infrastructure, network management, and Internet connectivity to Exodus Communications. The deal covers Lycos, Tripod, and newly-acquired WhoWhere. Lycos joins GeoCities, Hotmail, and Sportsline USA as Exodus customers.
