Short Take: Go2net to acquire Silicon Investor

Silicon Investor, a Web site devoted to discussion about technology stocks, is being acquired by go2net in a stock-swap deal valued at $33 million. Go2net, which also owns search engine MetaCrawler and gaming site PlaySite, said the acquisition fits into its strategy of creating a network of niche Web sites.
