Short Take: General Semiconductor warns of lower Q2 earnings

General Semiconductor said that it expects earnings and sales for the second quarter ending June 30 to be lower than those of its first quarter. The company also said order trends have "weakened significantly" and that it doesn't expect any "firming" before September.
