Short Take: E*Trade taps three VPs

Online investor service E*Trade has promoted Judy Balint to executive vice president of E*Trade Group Inc. and president and CEO of its international division to further global expansion efforts. The firm also named Jerry Gramaglia as senior vice president of marketing and Lisa Diaz as VP of customer management. Earlier this month, E*Trade inked ventures in the United Kingdom with Electronic Share Information Limited and in Japan with Softbank, according to Reuters.
