Short Take: Dell buys into WeddingChannel.com

WeddingChannel.com has landed an investment from MSD Capital, which handles personal investments for Dell Computer founder Michael Dell. Launched in July 1997, WeddingChannel.com recently closed a $12 million third round of venture financing from Goldman Sachs, RRE Investors, and idealab Capital Partners. Earlier this year, WeddingChannel.com announced a multi-million dollar content and marketing partnership with Bride's magazine.
