Short Take: Compaq leads in monitor sales

Monitrak, Stanford Resources' quarterly report on North American desktop PC monitor shipments, reports that Compaq Computer had a 12.77 percent unit market share in the third quarter of 1996, besting competitors such as Packard Bell, IBM, Dell, and NEC.
