Short Take: Chip from Silicon Magic and Oki

Silicon Magic and Oki Semiconductor announced their jointly developed DRAM chip, which improves video and graphics performance in 2D and 3D multimedia applications. The chip, with a clock rate of 80 MHz, will be available this quarter.
