Short Take: Andromedia secures additional financing

Andromedia, a supplier of Web site activity analysis software, has raised an additional $10 million in equity financing from a group comprised of UBS Capital II, the Travelers Insurance, JK&B Capital, and Westbury Capital Partners. As part of the deal, which brings the total outside investment in Andromedia since its founding in late 1995 to $15.7 million, executives from Travelers and UBS Capital will join Andromedia's board of directors.
