Short Take: AltaVista, Edgar Online team for financial updates

Financial information Web site Edgar Online and Web portal AltaVista will deliver initial public offering and Securities and Exchange Commission filing information from a cobranded Web site. Edgar Online said the Web site will be accessible from AltaVista's Live Money area and will include news feeds of all public company SEC filings and IPO activities.
