Short Take: APBnews.com revises First Amendment lawsuit

APBnews.com has revised its complaint against the federal judiciary, which it filed after being denied access to financial disclosure forms. To avoid jurisdictional issues, the media organization's attorney dropped the names of the individual federal judges originally in the suit and instead sued the Judicial Conference, Administrative Office of the Courts, U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno, and the United States Marshal Service. Oral arguments are scheduled for late April.
