Short: Microsoft announced IE kit

Microsoft announced its free software package, Internet Explorer Administration Kit, for corporations, ISPs, and content providers. Users can customize the look of IE with a company name or logo and create a single, one-click installation package of all IE components, including NetMeeting conferencing software, electronic mail, and newsgroups. There are no licensing fees for the kit or IE, eliminating cost barriers for setting up IE across a corporate intranet, according to the company. The IEAK takes administrators through the installation process and lets them update user settings for individuals, groups, or entire organizations by making simple changes to centrally stored files.
