Short: IBM Korea, LG Electronics announce joint venture

IBM Korea and LG Electronics formally announced a joint venture they hope will dominate the South Korean market. LG-IBM PC will manufacture and market notebook PCs, desktop PCs, PC servers, and computer devices.
