Really doesnt affect me unless it drives down prices

I still have my 36" JVC Tube TV and it does me just fine. I only have one small 8" LCD under the cabinet TV in my house only. The bottom line is this, unless this lawsuit would affect prices so they down to what most middle class can afford this lawsuit doesnt really matter to me. This is a non-news story.

Third place...

Sharp is third in LCD production after Samsung+Sony (one company) and LG+Philips (another one), not after Samsung and Sony... :-)

And it is a distant 3rd, because the two first companies dominate the market.
