If your domain administrator account is compromised, your whole domain is owned.
The same would be for any other network with automated administration tools. If your enterprise is running Apple machines and controls them with remote administration, they would be owned, too. And the sad part of it that those Apple machine users would be in complete denial, because "it's secure".

Maybe a little bit more information would be helpful on the names of these keylogger programs/processes in MSCONFIG and elswhere or how to detect so one can see if they might be infected
