don't just ring - simply DIAL for payment

In Slovenia we have mobile payment called Moneta (http://www.moneta.si/en/).
The point is to emulate POS terminal as an old modem coupler (rememeber the first modems? :-).
You call the the processing center with your mobile phone (indentification) and place the phone to the POS terminal (authentication). The POS and Processing center "talk" and the transaction is done. That's it. Simple, fast and cheap. Your fone is really your wallet.
