If one nation developed advanced nanotech then its enemies would attack it or have other nations attack it looking for "weapons of mass destruction" or terrorists.

Stop or reverse the aging process?? I think that screwing aroung with natures natural processes would be alot more dangerous and destructive than building new devices to kill ourselves with.
