I very much doubt it's 100 megabytes (close to 1 gigabit) - far more likely to be 100 megabits.

I would have expected a tech journalist to know the difference.

This is a welcome news for the telecom industry, but one would have expected that China should have fully exployed the 3G platform for years first before embarking on the latter.

I have no doubt on my mind to suggest that the 4G is not real, but no past experience and failure on the former to adjust in this upgrade.
