Woz tells Homebrew how Apple grew

November 7, 2005

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak reflected on the significance of the Home Computer Club, which boasted a series of well-known technologists back in the mid-1970s and celebrated its 30th anniversary Saturday in Mountain View, Calif., at the Vintage Computer Festival.

"It was the most important thing in my life and every two weeks I lived for it," Wozniak said. "I was too shy to even speak at all. The only two times I ever spoke were to introduce the Apple I and the Apple II." Click here for the full story or here for a photo gallery of the event.

Woz is just a nice guy...
i've met the man on two ocassions. I can see how he is shy in front of stock holders.. his strengths are tech related and there is nothing wrong with that. if he didn't introduce the Apple I/II, being the lead engineer, i would personally feel ashamed of myself, his self and other technofiles out there..

be proud of your acomplishments... show the world how you can design, impliment and get rich off your own high tech idea.

way to go Woz..
