In a interview with CNET News.com just before the start of the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates said the new next-generation Xbox is shipping faster than any other video game has ever shipped and he can tell you why, from personal experience.

"The thing is just hot, and I spent over 100 hours playing with it over Christmas. It's fantastic. And it really draws you in because you get these awards, you meet people, you get into the contests. It's something." Click here for full interview.
