Wow! Is that true!
This seems a remarkably high estimate given that the phenomenon is in its infancy. I hope it's true but it sounds a little high. Any other estimates out there?
There's no doubt of its power though. I'm writing the world's first novel specifically produced for podcasting (Tom Corven) and posting it to my site at dreamwords.com (podcast twice weekly). To be able to do this with no resources (I live in a small mountain tent in the Scottish Highlands for half the year) is proof of the true power of podcasting.
A writer normally works in obscurity but Tom Corven now have a sizable audience (in my terms) and even a Tran globe fan base.
Astounding!
