The biggest Web applications show there is, the Web 2.0 Expo, will open Tuesday in San Francisco. While all the big guys--Microsoft, Google, Adobe Systems--will be there in force, don't miss smaller companies that will make their debut this week. News.com's Erica Ogg chats with Webware.com's Rafe Needleman about what to expect as well as the onset of the semantic Web, also known as Web 3.0.
