At CeBit, Stanislavs Bardins of Munich's Ludwig-Maximilians University demonstrates the prototype of a video camera controlled by the eyes. It's believed the device could be useful in psychology and market research.

CeBit, the world's largest high-tech fair, winds down Wednesday. This year, some 6,270 exhibitors showcased next-generation phones, computers and other electronics.
