- Why should a $9000 sidewalk SUV's under the name "electric personal assistance mobility device" be allowed on the sidewalk when a $200 bicycle not be allowed on the sidewalk --- this is totally unfair that the rich elite effete be allowed or for that matter given any special consideration!!
