Segway revs new models

Segway's new XT is being billed as suitable for rough terrain. Wider tires are designed to increase stability on uneven ground, and low tire pressure is meant to minimize the impact of bumps. The suggested retail price is $4,995.

To bad it costs more then a high end computer with the latest in every tech...with enough money left over for a big flat panel tv as the monitor.

Golf Segway is Excellent

I think out of all the models, the golf one is the one that makes the most sense from useability point of view. You have to walk a long way on a golf course and not everyone has caddies. It makes an excellent alternative to golf carts.
