NASA's Cassini spacecraft continues its journey around Saturn and its moons, stretching the imagination of scientists who are analyzing new photos taken from orbit around the ringed planet.

From Cassini's recent journey to the moon Iapetus (shown here), scientists uncovered a strange "runaway" process, in which vaporized water ice is moving from the dark areas to the white areas of the moon. But they don't yet know where that dark stuff originated.
