This is great. The problem is the people who work for Verizon. They are incompetent and don't care. This technolgy will never get off the ground because of them. From customer service reps to technicians - clueless! For my VPN users we always steer them towards cable and away from anything that has to do with Verizon or DSL for high speed Internet access. Plus DSL almost never works when installed. I can't see this service being any different based upon the people who work for Verizon.

With the experience in technical support and customer service I've had with verizon, there is nothing that can make me go back with them. I take dialup anytime over verizon. The product might be good, but the customer service and technical support is terrible.

Verizon is istalling more spending more than I am sure you make in a lifetime why dont you people give them credit when there technology cost half than what cable and satellite charge
