High in high-speed fiber

Verizon Communications is promoting Fios in communities where the fiber-to-the-premises service has been introduced.

Sounds good but then so did DSL

They are incompetent and don't care. This technolgy will never get
off the ground because of them. From customer service reps to
technicians - clueless! For my VPN users we always steer them
towards cable and away from anything that has to do with Verizon
or DSL for high speed Internet access. Plus DSL almost never works
when installed. I can't see this service being any different based

I still preffer dial up over anything with verizon

I take dialup anytime over verizon. The product might be good, but the customer service and technical support is terrible.; Like this Reply to this comment
