When it became clear the HP-Compaq deal would go through, dissident board member Walter Hewlett said, "The only thing I have taken personally is the drop in the stock price." He spoke at a press conference in March 2002.

suggested reasons why consumers have had it with HP

Has anyone from the hp board of directors called their own help line for support?

And got an agent from India to assist them with their printing issues.

Because the hp board of directors must be onside with G.W.Bush. Bush has authorized Big Corporate Businesses to take adavantage of the 3rd world countries as a means of increasing the bottom line.
When infact the consumer has the last word. As indicated in HP market share value dropping, dropping, dropping...decreasing, decreasing, decreasing.
It is nice to see the consumer (nothramerican)has some weight, when their own government ships jobs to the 3rd world and companies like HP take advantage of this.

The results, we know how little patience Americans have with anything they need to resolve. From the invasion in Iraq to Vietnam. Now they have to over come a language barrier when the consumer has forked out several hundreds of dollars and thinking their support will be conscise, easy to access, resolute, above all easy to understand the technician. They have been fooled, mislead, the bond of trust has been discredited.

The word of mouth between the consumers has reflected in HP's share value dropping. And the Hp board of directors base the reason on their CEO.
HP's resolve is very typical of big business blaming the person in the spot light, instead of following their own modo...think out side the box to resolve....

Lastly, for a business to survive any market your voice of communication must be clear, understood, and resolve. Reasuring your customer the transaction of inquiry and resolve comply to an understanding of one another. Not of confusion repediviness of the same questions over and over.

I have supported a HP representative whom when he called 800 hp invent spoke with an hp agent from India prior to speaking with myself, the HP employee indicated that it took an India agent one hour of repeating the same question and placing the hp rep on hold for an hour, confirming reconfirming his addresss information for an hour. The HP employee (consumer) was very thankful to be able to speak someone who understood him and he as well.

--yeah keep following the political powers hp and he'll run your company into the ground as bush has your own country and every business he has CEO'daaaa...

lol

good luck hp
