Samsung's MM-A800 for Sprint can play TV shows and 90-minute videos, take dictation, and scan business cards. It also contains a 2-megapixel camera. Priced at $350 after a rebate, it's seen as a challenger to Motorola's Razr (next page).

Maybe it is about time.
The Nokia 6230 (also Cingular) is the real kitchen sink phone:
- 4 minute videos (vs. Samsung measley 30 secs)
- bluetooth
- up to 2GB of MP3s (vs. measley 15 songs on Samsung) via MMC card
- FM radio
- PIM functionality
- hi-speed GRPS/EDGE network
- speakerphone (for calls and MP3s and FM radio!)
and much, much more....
So, I don't know how C|Net can say this is a kitchen sink phone, and compare it to the RAZR when it's not even the same form factor as the RAZR (ie., .5" thick).

(5 Comments)Trust me... Much better than that cheap immatations from Korea... Also the sad fact is that the same games for the Gameboy DS can be done with the NTT Docomo FOMA 901 models... C-net and NY times should do some more homework....
Here is the new Sony Walkman model for KDDI AU also out in Japan... Also the screens on the Sony cell phones in Japan looks as good as the "PSP " screen..
