I find it hard to believe her sidekick was hacked. the person would have to know phone number or account name info. and passwords aren't usually stored at normal places in raw format, they're usually encrypted and unretrievable.
if anything compromising did happen, probably someone directly around her regularly, or a t-mobile insider. maybe she used a dumb password that was easily guessable, which makes me wonder why people do that with information they don't want others to see in first place.
here's what i'm guessing, Paris accessed her account online, left the browser in such a way that user came behind her and just went through her history. but since I doubt she'd even go through the trouble of accessing info online with a sidekick, where would she find that time? or maybe she needed info while traveling and was having a low battery issue.
my first guess is someone around her daily, because an outsider would have to know her cell phone number and have access to sidekick to even set up an online account. someone could have got a job at t-mobile just for her info. obsessed fans, media hounders or crazed ex-lovers will do that. and seems to me all her ex's always do something vengeful to her: release sex tape, beat her, broke into her house, dog disappears...
releasing her personal info was done out of spite to get even with her. funniest, yet not so funny thing is news story on Victoria Gotti being crank called as a result of Paris's info being published. would you wanna crank call someone named "Gotti"? "just not a good idea my friend." :o)
and I still have to ask same question, what is the big deal with Paris? she gets so much press for just "hanging out" and doing nothing. there should just be a male channel just to watch her, because I or many women won't see the same interest as men have in her.
she's now giving bad press to t-mobile for a great product which reminds of the first 2 Palms (1.0 and 2.0) -- a product that comes along and makes a cell phone actually useful since more of us use data more than phones. I just hope it doesn't become an urban legends that sidekicks are unsafe to use.
