About time these kids get off their fat behinds
This country is getting obese, as we all get older we generally gain weight. However there is NO reason for the kids of today to be so damn FAT. They need to a) step away from the plate, b) cut out eating a lot of the crap in vending machines (glad to see that being curbed in schools, long time overdue), c) exercise - put down your nintendo/gameboy/ds2/ps3/wii and go out and play some games/sports of some form to get some calories burned. and d) PARENTS, they are also to blame for this issue (albeit some may be gene related) as they aren't any better at times with regards to exercising. I am working towards getting back into exercising myself. 30-60 mins a day 3-5 times a week consistently will make you stronger, healthier and better sense of well being overall.

Just my opinion.
