I have read your article and I have a question.
I tried to buy a phone from Romania. I'm in Cyprus. I sent £50 (=$100) to the guy who would send me the phone. He never did. I have his name, phonenumber, and bank details. I sent an email to FBI without reply (obviously). Is there a place that deals with these, even for small amounts of money? It might be $100 for me but for the fraudster is a lot more if he does this to others. Waiting for your reply!
Thanks
