Outlook 2001 for Macs released

Microsoft released on Wednesday its Outlook 2001 for Apple Computer's Macs. The software allows people to access Microsoft Exchange server-based e-mail and collaboration services.

In addition, Mac owners will also be able to use Outlook 2001 to access shared contact lists and files in public folders and view other people's calendars. The software also includes Mac's Finder interface, menus, toolbars and preferences. Outlook 2001 for Mac is available in English, French, German and Japanese and can be downloaded from Microsoft's Mac Web site.
