Oracle to ship sales force compensation application

  • Post a comment
Oracle Tuesday will announce a new application that manages payments of employee commissions and bonuses.

With FastForward Sales Compensation, Oracle is targeting companies with revenues of $500 million or less.

The new application eliminates the need for sales representatives to spend time calculating commissions, said Eve Milrod, director of Go To Market for Oracle.

Typical of other Oracle FastForward applications, first announced last August, the new Sales Compensation application includes software, implementation services, education, and support. Oracle said the application, to be used with the Oracle database and reporting tools, can be up and running in approximately 60 days.

FastForward Sales Compensation will be generally available on October 12, the company said. Pricing was not disclosed.
